Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began participating in fitness contests when she was 16, following the end of her gymnastics program in childhood. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old she was awarded her professional card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently one of the most youthful IFBB Pro. After she earned her Pro Card Ariel left for six years from the show to pursue her university education. In 2015 she continued the same path as she did in the previous year's the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition She continued to compete for several years setting new goals. In 2009 she had won four fitness titles. In addition, the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age to ever be a part of history. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could finish her college degree. In October 2015 Ariel made her return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish at third. In June of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to be a part of the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage a month later, and was crowned 6th place within the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely zero expectations prior to the event and was thrilled by the result. Ariel was competing against the very best. Ariel constantly improving her physique. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups with a machine, and bent-over rows. In the beginning, she is warm and then moves on to working out. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. Converting all the exercises back into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she is doing.
