Simone Biles
Simone Biles, American gymnast (born 14 March 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.) is considered to be one of sport's best athletes. She was the first female gymnast from America in history to have won four gold medals in one Games. in Rio de Janeiro, she was also the first female to have won successive World All-Around championships. Biles was raised in Spring Texas in the Houston metropolitan area following the time she and her younger sister Adria had been adopted by grandparents Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone was first drawn to the sport of gymnastics when she was only six years old. Coach Aimee Borman took her to Bannon's Gymnastix, where they went for an outing. Biles, who won gold and bronze medals at the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships 2010 on the floor and vault before her debut in 2011 with the elite category of gymnastics competition. She dominated her sport just two years later. Her consistency, her vivacious character and her high level of challenge in her four events -- vault uneven bars balance beam floor exercise as well as floor exercise -- set her apart.
