Jill Hennessy one of Canada's most successful TV actresses was born on November 25, 1968, in Edmonton Alberta. She was in Law and Order with She played Chris Noth in Law and Order with Chris Noth.. Hennessy was born in Edmonton, Alberta. Her father John Hennessy was a meat salesman and sales/marketing executive which required a lot of travelling and led to numerous moves for the family. Maxine was a secretary and was mother to her child left in 1982. The daughter Eleanor raised her in Kitchener Ontario. Jacqueline Hennessy, an identical twin, a writer for magazines from Canada and John Paul J.P. Hennessy Jr. are her brothers. Her father is Irish as well as the Swedish. Her mother is the mix from Ukrainian Roma, Austrian and Austrian. She attended Grand River Collegiate Institute, Kitchener Ontario. She used to act in Toronto's subway. Hennessy was the first actress to make her debut alongside her sister in Dead Ringers, 1988.
